Choose only love. In every moment. In every circumstance.

If there is no energetic exchange, you will not deeply value what you are receiving.

Now I am incredibly conscious of the importance of a fair energy exchange to ensure that I am truly valuing and honoring the energy that I'm receiving – whether that's a workshop, a beautiful meal, a massage, or anything.

Your time, energy, and space are very precious, so be careful who you give them to.

There will be things, people, and events in your life that will make you detour off your true path. Your job is to keep your mission at the forefront of your mind, so that you are always aligned and "on purpose"; otherwise you will constantly be distracted and nothing will ever get done. Use your mission to help guide you back to your truth.

Let go of your expectations and be open to whatever is magic is coming your way.

Feeling the emotions bubbling inside you is an important part of your healing process and not one to be skipped over. Embrace it and ride the wave.

If you don't take time out for yourself, you're doing yourself and everyone around you a disservice.

Every time we people please, we are saying yes to someone else and no to our truth. In that moment we are dimming our light.

Just because something is common, that doesn't mean you have to follow it.
